Step 1. Certified Lists
Talk to your Ops Directors or Training Director and begin the process of completing the Certified Lists! This is a knowledge assessment of different tasks in the restaurant. This is required to complete if you are interested in joining the Leadership Team.
FOH = $0.50 wage increase
BOH = $0.50 wage increase

Step 2. Meet with a Director
Find your store’s Ops Directors and schedule a meeting to discuss your interest in leadership and possible pathways to make that happen.
Step 3. Meet with a Andrew
After meeting with the Ops Directors, schedule a time to meet with Andrew to further discuss your development.
