Uniforms and Appearance
Team members are provided one free uniform. All employees are expected to wear the provided pants, shirt, belt, shoes and name tag on every shift. If you do not have all required uniform pieces, you forfeit your free meal for the day.

Break/Food Policy
Every employee that is scheduled over 5 hours will receive a 20 minute paid break.
All team members are allowed free food on the same day of any given shift.
You are allowed $9.50 toward anything on the menu! Anything over that amount, you would cover the cost.
Sick Policy
If you are unable to come into work due to an illness, it is your responsibility to call the restaurant at least 2 hours before your scheduled shift to inform the Ops Leader. You also need to attempt to find coverage for your shift by another team member. Please provide a doctors note if you miss multiple shifts.
Cell Phones
Use of cell phones while on shift is strictly prohibited (including smart watches). Cell phones should only be used during your break or in unique circumstances that must be cleared by a team leader.
Attendance and Punctuality
All team members are expected to arrive early or on time for their scheduled shift. You are allowed a 2 minute grace period to clock in on time. If for any reason you cannot make it into work on time, you must call the store and talk to a team leader.
Team members who are late, are subject to being written up and will not receive a free meal for that day.
